As people in business, we require a myriad of products and services to do what we do, to meet our needs, and to enhance our wealth and daily lives.

This site, FinancialCurmudgeon.com, is going to provide a spot for residents in Greater Vancouver ("Lower Mainland"), and the Greater Toronto Area ("GTA") to come to, to identify those providers which:

1.      Excel at what they do;
2.      Fail at what they do; or
3.      Do what they do, but not (yet) with excellence.

This will be achieved by, using our proprietary value-assessment tool (the “FC VAT”), providing an absolute score for each provider, and as well ranking these against their peers, and providers in the Community in general.

Over time, as provider rankings are populated, and our model evolves, this will provide the single source for anyone to identify who they should be using to meet their needs. In addition, we anticipate that this will contribute materially to the overall level of service in our Communities as providers will strive to increase their FC.com score and ranking.
